Getting started with Zenith Outsourcing is easy.

The process of joining us only requires 6 simple steps, and this is how it works.

Consultation

We will set up a consultation meeting to better understand what you are trying to achieve and what processes you want to outsource. After that, we will assess if we can help to fulfil your objectives and present to you on how we plan to make this happen.

Job Description

You will provide us with a list of job descriptions and talents that you are looking for, along with working hours needed and working days required.

Recruitment

Our Experienced recruitment team will source, screen, and interview candidates who are best for your role. We will then send you resume profiles of the best candidates including costs and other information to help you make your decision. After that, you can interview the final candidates and choose your staff of preference.

Onboarding

After you choose your staff, we will work with you to get them onboarded and fully trained as quickly as possible. We will organise all the paperwork and get them set up in our payroll and time tracker system. Your new team will hit the ground running from the very first day.

Management

Your new staff will report to you directly and you will be able to monitor them using a "staff performance monitoring software". This software allows you to see work in progress as it happens. We will take care of all other management operations, including HR, payroll, labour compliance, staff retention, and performance management.

Invoicing

Lastly, you will be presented with one simple and transparent monthly rate.
