HR, Recruitment & Hiring

After your recruit accepts the offer and signs the contract, it will take around a week to get them on board and ready to work.
Full-time staff will work a minimum of 40 hours per week – this includes any day of the week to meet the minimum of 40 hours. Work time schedules can be flexible based on your needs. Though all overtime work will be charged at a different rate if needed.
HR management has access to large resume databases and can advertise roles across multiple job sites. Therefore, it allows us to reach the top candidates. We also have referral programs from our current staff to ensure the quality of candidates and retention. Management will always check references before presenting any candidate for you to interview.
A huge benefit of working from home for both employees and employers is needless to commute to an office. Remote workers typically have more time to work and fewer distractions, which leads to increased productivity and reduced costs.
The amount of work, time, and expertise required from recruitment to onboarding staff outweigh any benefits of doing this on your own. We will manage all operations, including screening, recruitment, HR, payroll, labour compliance, and staff retention. Therefore, leaving you with more time to focus on growing your business.
There is a large pool of talented and qualified Filipinos to choose from, and we will not stop until we find the right candidate for your business. However, if we cannot find the right candidate, you don’t have to commit or hire.

All home-based staff is required to have a quiet place to work, typically a separate room within their house. They must also have a reliable Internet connection and an up-to-date computer.

If for any reason your new staff is not performing as expected or required, we will replace them for you at no extra cost.
You can outsource many roles and talents. A list of some of our jobs includes bookkeeping, collections, customer retention, customer service, data entry, live chat support, technical support, telesales, and virtual assistant.
Your staff will work based on your preferred time zone, days, and hours. Typical full-time staff will work for 9 hours a day with a 1-hour lunch break.
We will provide the staff with an Internet connection, laptop, a large monitor, MS office, and Antivirus. We will also provide them with a softphone and VoIP connection. Calls will be billed to you as it is a variable cost.

Billing, Payroll & Invoicing

We don’t have any lock-in contracts. We will work hard so that you will never leave us, but if you decide to, you have the right to terminate the agreement but with an adequate notice period.
We only offer full-time employees.
You will receive a monthly invoice for each month’s salary cost and our management fee that is due before your staff’s start date. After that, on the 1st of each month, you will receive an invoice one month in advance, with adjustments for actual hours worked in the previous month. You will be direct-debited automatically on the 5th of each month. It is critical and greatly appreciated to pay all contractors on time. Contact us to discuss your specific scenario.

You will be billed in your local currency.

You will only be required to pay for hours worked by your staff. There is no obligation to pay sick or holiday leave. However, if you would like to provide compensation to staff for time off, you are welcome to do so at your discretion.
We accept credit card payments from Visa and Mastercard with a small processing fee. Clients based in Australia or New Zealand will also have the option to pay by automatic direct debit.
We will manage to pay all your staff, making sure they get paid on time, every time.
It is up to you if you would like to require your staff to work during public holidays, but some staff may request time off during their public holidays in the Philippines.

Managing Your Staff

Your staff will report to you directly! They are required to log in at the start of each shift and log out when they finish for the day. You will also be able to see work in progress as it happens by using our “staff performance monitoring software.” The software lets you know when they hit their KPIs and deliver outcomes. You will know they are working productively and does a great job.
All new staff will have one month probation period during which you can terminate them by providing 48 hours’ notice. After one month, staff termination will require 14 days’ notice.
You can use any online telecommunication software like Skype, Zoom, Google Chat, etc. They have all proven successful in outsourcing business.
Try to manage the team as directly as possible as though they are your staff. Maintain open lines of communication and treat your staff as though they are in the same office. Have regular weekly meetings with your team and discuss achievements and business goals. You can always do regular check-in through chat, video, and phone calls. Let them know you are there, and they can reach out when they need to, which will keep your team motivated.

Your account manager is your central point of contact and will help you with any issues that may arise.

You will fully manage your staff day-to-day, just as you manage your local team. Your staff will adhere to your policies and guidelines and work on the tasks and duties assigned by you. We, however, will provide the facility, HR, payroll, operations, IT & facilities support.
